Come say hi
in the Discord.
The support queue is a Discord channel. Hit Create Ticket and you get a private channel with the people who wrote the code. Usually within the hour, not within five business days.
One button, one private channel.
No forms, no email chains. The whole thing happens in Discord.
Illustrative. Your ticket number will be lower than you expect.
- 01
Join the Discord and hit the Create Ticket button. It sits in its own channel, hard to miss.
- 02
Pick Bug, Feature, Support or Other. Then say what broke or what you want.
- 03
You get a private channel, just you and staff. It stays open until the thing is sorted.
Every ticket gets answered by a human. No bots, no canned replies.
Link your Discord first.
So we know which account is yours.
Tickets work without it. They work a lot better with it. When your Discord is linked to StreamWizard, your ticket opens with your account already attached, so staff can see who you are and which account is acting up instead of playing twenty questions.
It comes with perks too. Linked members get the Verified Member role, access to the collab channels, and the server posts a notification when you go live. Link it from your dashboard settings, or type /link in the Discord and the bot sends you the same page.
What staff sees
One of these gets your problem fixed faster.
Bring us your worst ideas too.
Bug reports are welcome. Feature requests are more welcome, and they can be as crazy as you can think of. We are trying to find out what streamers actually want, so we can build exactly that. The roadmap is public, so you can watch your idea move.
